Our Story

Established in 2019, Newch’s Eatery is not just a Thai restaurant; it's a labor of love, family-owned and operated in the heart of Wausau, WI. Our culinary journey began with Newchee's humble sandwich shop in 2016, which quickly evolved into a thriving food truck serving the Wausau community. As our reputation grew, we saw the need to expand to a commercial kitchen. When the opportunity arose to own a building with a commercial kitchen, bar, and ample dining space, Newchee knew that a Thai restaurant was his true calling. Now, we are passionate about serving authentic Asian fusion cuisine and providing a comfortable, welcoming space for guests of all ages and families to enjoy.

At Newch’s, we offer a multifaceted dining experience. Our venue boasts an event room for special gatherings and celebrations, ensuring that we can cater to your unique needs.
